Do you want to join our Virtual Patient Participation Group?
We have a terrific history with Patient Participation Group activity. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic the groups activity slowed and now it is time to relaunch the group to help tackle some of the issues facing patients of Woodstock surgery.
Some of the issues are:
- New Practice Premises
- Tackling Health Inequalities
- New proposed changes to our extended patient access
We realise that many patients are unable to attend meetings due to pressure from studies, work or family commitments but may want to have a say in what we do. You can play a very important role in the Patient Participation Group by joining our Virtual Community.
As a member of the Virtual Patient Participation Group, you will receive a few emails a year requesting your opinion on a range of topics. You will also receive our quarterly newsletter, copies of monthly Health Promotion information and other information regarding Practice Patient Services.
