Whooping cough cases increase

We can accept your prescription by letter, email and fax and requests can be posted or brought into the surgery by hand.

We cannot accept telephone requests.

Prescriptions will be available for collection at Woodstock Pharmacy.There is a delivery service by the Woodstock chemist to some of the villages if requested. It is carried out Monday to Friday to the following locations:
