As from Wednesday 21st April, the surgery front door will be open with the following measures:
- All patients who have a GP or nurse/HCA appointment will be required to use the door at the rear of the practice. Please ring the doorbell to confirm your arrival.
Please note: Parking is not available. - The waiting room will not be used unless absolutely necessary; if used it will be strictly restricted to a maximum of 4 patients at any one time.
- The reception area will be 1 patient in and 1 patient out – there is signage at the front door.
- There is a sample container in the reception area for patients to put samples in: please ensure they are clearly labelled.
- There is a tray containing prescription request forms and a box from sample pots on the table by the front door.
- Completed repeat prescription forms are to be placed in the green box on the wall by the front door.
Please remember to wear a face covering and use the sanitizer
