We are encouraging patients to give their views about how the practice is doing.  We would like to be able to find out the opinions of as many patients as possible.  We conducted an independent survey run by CFEP in October 2011. You are able to complete your own survey by clkicking on the icon on the home page.

If you are interested in local health issues and wish to improve our services we would value your  opinion on the important issues that come out of this survey.  By providing your email address we will contact you every now and again to ask you a question or two.

Common questions and answers

Q Why are you asking people for their contact details?

A We would like to be able to contact people occasionally to ask them questions about the surgery and how well we are doing to identify areas for improvement.

Q Will my doctor see this information?

A The questions will be about the surgery and how well we are doing.  If your doctor is involved in the changes  they may see general feedback from patients.

Q Will the questions you ask me be medical or personal?

A We will only ask general questions about the practice.

Q  Who else will be able to access my contact details?

A Your contact details will be kept safely and securely.  They will not be shared with anyone else.

Q How often will you contact me?

A Once the survey results are known we will need to ask you a question or two.  We may contact you again if you have a particular interest, or if an important issue comes up .

Q What if I no longer wish to be on the contact list or I leave the surgery?

A We will ask you to let us know by email if you do not wish to receive further messages.
