Woodstock, 8 miles north of Oxford on the edge of the Cotswolds, is an historic town adjacent to Blenheim Palace, home of the Duke of Marlborough and birthplace of Winston Churchill.
Woodstock Surgery is a mainly rural practice of 9200 patients of whom over 6000 live outside the town. We cover 34 villages and hamlets. The practice numbers have been stable for over 40 years and there are no foreseeable changes to be expected.
The practice is not dispensing but the local chemist provides a village delivery service to seven villages.
We are computerised (EMIS Web) with registration links to the Primary Care Support Services run by Capita.
Woodstock Practice is committed to giving the best possible care to all our patients.

Please telephone the practice from outside on arrival if you require any assistance in accessing the building or its services.
There is easy access for wheelchairs and there is a toilet suitable for use by the disabled on the premises. If you require further help please ask at reception.
We regret that parking is very difficult in Woodstock and the small lay-by in the front should be used by disabled patients only.
Our Online Services are operated by Patient Access. Before using this service you will need to register. Please contact reception who will provide you with further details.
